Personal Page Package
Title Page
A title page will be the first page of your cookbook and will include your title, subtitle, and your organization's name and address.
Personal Pages
Personal pages may include a dedication, expression of appreciation, acknowledgement, history of your organization, poem, or anything else you like.
Personal pages will be limited to placement in the front of the book (before the Table of Contents) or in the back of the book (after the numbered recipe pages and before the index).
4 personal pages are FREE. For an extra charge, up to 12 extra personal pages may be added (for a total of 16). Note: 1 page is 1 side of a sheet of paper.
Advertising is not allowed on personal pages.
Photos
1 photo is FREE on your personal pages. For an extra charge, up to 4 extra photos may be included (for a total of 5).
NEW! Photos or artwork may be printed in full-color, which incurs an additional charge. Otherwise, photos or artwork will be printed in the same ink color as chosen for the recipe pages.
Table Of Contents
The table of contents will follow your personal pages and precede your recipes.
Only category titles, not subcategory titles, will appear.
Mail Order Page
The mail order page will follow the index.
It will list sales information for purchase of additional copies.
Category & Contributor Indexes
A category index alphabetizes recipe titles within each category and subcategory (if using subcategories). The names of contributors will be indexed alphabetically. Indexes will follow your recipe pages.
Both indexes are FREE; however, the contributor index must be requested on the order form to be included and is not available with F14 and F15 recipe formats. Also, it is only available if the first line for contributor name is a name only.
